The Bulletin challenged community members to spend $100 dollars locally during the holiday season rather than on-line. Participants were encouraged to use $2 bills to show local businesses they cared and supported them. Shoppers were to email how they spent the $100 to the Bend Bulletin and, in turn, were entered into a drawing for $100 gift certificate.
